Enjoyed Black Panther but didn't think it held a candle to Ragnarok. A very different style so not really comparable even. Certainly more good setup for infinity war at least.

Black Panther didn't really seem to have many ties to Avengers at all for me. Overall it was fine. Kinda forgettable. Could've been amazing but seemed a little lazy even. 6/10.

Loved Ragnarok first watch. Second watch wasn't as good, but first viewing was a 10/10 experience for me, only matched by Guardians 1.

I loved Guardians 1 when I first watched it because I had little to no expectations. I felt the same way with Shaun of the Dead, which is now my favourite movie of all time.

First time I have had tv in years, and I watched Waiting... last night on Duke. Man that movie is still so good and stupid.

Has anyone replaced a toilet in their house? I am wanting to just straight up remove the s trap toilet and put a new one in its place (not needing to make new holes/move anything, etc). Just wondering if anyone has done this, and if so, how easy was it? Or would you recommend getting in a plumber to do it?

It's easy as, can be a little messy but easy as. Biggest things to make sure of is the water is off & the toilet is drained (cistern & bowl)

Yeah I have watched a number of YT videos and they all look the same as well as pretty simple and straight forward. I understand that the hardest part about the whole thing is getting the right measurements.

I phoned up a plumber who said he could do it for around $400 as long as I had the new toilet (or more $$$ for him to buy an overpriced one). That sounds damn expensive for what looks to be a straight forward and quick enough job.

Today I saw deaf people yelling at each other at the mall.

Verbally or... handily...?

Yeah I'm gonna contact him afterwards. Just seeing if anyone knows anything first.

Alsp can you ask the owners of the house to fix things and/or negotiate the price of the house so that you can fix them yourself?

Definitely.
And when you do the pre-purchase insurrection, if anything isn't up to scratch compared to when you put the offer in, you can also negotiate it to be fixed up or a lower settlement.
One place I bought in Hamilton had gates when we viewed that had disappeared at the time of the pre-purchase. The neighbouring property mysteriously and suddenly had gates that had paint marks the same colour as our house (was vendor's cousin). Our agent told theirs that the gates had to be back or we'd be settling for $500 less to cover the cost of installing new ones. They were back within an hour  and the neighbours no longer had gates

Holy guacamole, this just happened to me! One of the gates was missing. Not long after we left, the the real estate agent phoned me up and said they will put the gate back. Bloody dodgy as!
