Walsh won NZ's first field medal ever, and McCartney backed it up a day later. Haha that was EPIC!

 

 

Why does Valerie Adams shot put not count...is it first men's field medal?

 

 

The first NZ man to win a field medal, not the first New Zealander  :P  A hugely impressive achievement all the same though and great to see it happen.

Too bad Trent Jones had that crash in the BMX.  He was going quite well.

 

Lydia Ko has made a comeback including a hole in one to sit 2nd at the moment.

K4 500 crew are through to the final.

 

Sunday has Round 4 of the Women's golf starting at 11:44PM Saturday (NZ Time)

Andrea Hewitt & Nicky Samuels in Women's Triathlon

Nick Willis in the 1500m Final.

Monday has Sam Gaze in the Mountain Bike Cross Country
