Caffeinated water? Interested.
No-doz tablets cost more than making a cup of coffee, they're such a scam.

How good out of 10 though? Would you buy it again? My wife hates fake meats, so would only be buying it for myself.

Well after my 3rd attempt, I'm sold. 9/10. One $13 box usually lasts about 6 portions and I would definitely recommend.Would be a solid 10 if it was a bit cheaper. As far as the wifey goes, has she tried Quorn? The southern patties are pretty damned good too.

I don't really get the fake meat thing, if you want meat just eat meat; it's natural, it tastes good & it's good for you.

I'm happy with veg being veg; again it's natural, it taste good & it's good for you.

In a nutshell, not wanting to hurt things doesn't have to restrict your choices.

This chicken substitute is natural, it tastes good and is good for you too BTW ;)

Making some red beans and rice. I can see why it's a classic dish, it smells so good.

OK that was good. I recommend it, especially when capsicums aren't like $4 each.

Freezer leftovers! Wasn't as deep flavoured this time, not sure why, but eh. Was good. Would've been better with cornbread. I think it's time to get back into Cajun food though.

I made my red beans and rice, this time with cornbread. YES. That's definitely going into the regular rotation.

I've been trying to get into my dried legumes and pulses, so I ended up making a simple and pretty successful chickpea curry. Will make again.
