For the person talking about the Veon tv we just got one before Xmas...previous tv was a 720p....Veon was definitely a upgrade however if you are a gamer which most of us are then your console usually has a bunch of settings for 4k and 3D which should have ticks for each part the tv is capable of....The Veon only got two ticks out of about 6 or 7....
We also got another 4k TV from changing to a new ISP we received a 49 inch Panasonic ex600 series tv currently $1300 from Harvey Normans (if being honest I was expecting last years older stock as a clearance purge from the company as a sweet deal for both parties) this TV puts the Veon to shame both 4k but man what a huge difference ticked all the boxes instantly except 3D and we freaking love it. Also is this years model as well.Truly a massive upgrade from our old 720p.
If you were yet to upgrade to 4k I would recommend this tv series to anyone pretty good price point, Youtube preloaded as a app and Netflix right on the remote.

Yeah I was looking at getting a Veon back in July/August as size/dollars weren't bad so I went in and had a look at them but the picture on all off them just seemed dull and grainy, which it shouldnt of since they had Moana on all the screens. So I gave them a miss just based on how the quality of them.
But hey I think Plasma should make a come back.

It's fine. I don't notice any issues but as said above, you get what you pay for. Nothing special, but it does a better job than nada.

Geez seeing Star Wars BF2 that cheap, I wouldn't be surprised if it hits the vault soon. Only been out for a month or so and its value shat itself.

Star Wars Battlefront II (Xbox One/PS4) $39
Succumbed to the bargain and bought Battlefront 2. $40 is worth it to check out all the Star Wars goodness despite all the negative things about the progression etc.
Still feel a bit like this though...

Sound's not as good as the larger brands, they don't have HDR and the post-processing features are pretty basic but they're not awful.
