Oh crap what, I had tested some cars at 500PP. I must have misread the thing.

Arright I think I found the right car... I can only just bust into the high 57 range :) on a hot lap, not a racing time. Hmm I wonder what other cars are around. There is a lot of variance within the PP yeh! My first pick was doing 1:02 on a good lap.

450PP is hardly a race car, that Honda City Turbo was over 450pp -_-

I did a 57.6 with the car I'm probably going to use. Hypothetically I could race modify a standard car right?

Nah... the first one off the grid will win. :D

Reverse grids for the following races though eh.

You guys are making my 58.5 look bad. Just a question: are you guys doing these laps with tyre wear on (I was)

I'm looking forward to this race: I think you should turn up Cogi. Sounds like it'l be a nail biter.
My only problem right now: my copy of excel seems to have stopped working :/
Need to in-install and re-install 2moro sometime me thinks.
Plus I opened up and cleaned my pedals so my brake shouldn't come on by itself anymore :D

You can use google docs for simple spreadsheets.

I wasn't using tyre wear for most of those. Is the difference significant? It's not a big difference anyway.

I think I set my fastest lap on lap 3.
I don't know if there is a difference, easy way to find out though. Might have a chance to test it earlier on thurs. I ddnt get a chance to check anything out today & weds night not looking soo good either

I set mine on lap 7-8 with tyre wear on... and my tires were well warm by that time. If anyone is going to try and pass me it'll be in the first half of  the race hint hint :)

I wasn't a huge fan of the PP system at the time but seeing as there's 5 or 6 pretty different cars that are all capable of doing exactly the same time at 450pp, i'm converted

Haha. That's where reverse grid for the 2nd /3rd races should make things more interesting.
Just wanted to make sure you saw our settings: not our normal settings.
Or: full tyre wear, full damage, full penalties etc.
- having these set to full, really does change the way you race.

Changing my original MX5 TC into something else.. It understeered too much to my liking.. even with -3.0 toe out in the rear :\

So going back to the S15 but with a lot of extra weight and power restrictions lol.

That's a lot of toe out :P Surely you must have some other suspension settings causing understeer?

I've gone with FF cars, as they're naturally better for little tracks in the 450PP range with super softs on. :) Plus I like driving FF because it's cool. Give the CR-Z TC a go... The Prius TC is fast too, but it has no gears so it's kind of bizarre to drive. :)

I can only manage a mid 58 at my home track so it's not looking good for Triumphmad Racing.
