I'd let Coutinho go, if Barca bought Isco for us. :P

Also, here is a post-match - fml.

For neutral fans our games must be the most entertaining to watch. For LFC fans its just a great big Sigh.

If Cou genuinely wants to leave then let him go. No point having a player who doesn't want to be here, no matter how good he is.

As much as I think buying Neymar is a great sign of intent - If not a bit silly......

... I feel like their owner just has played too much FIFA.

If Neymar really wants the 'glory' (so-to-speak) then he needs to be part of the team, and not the other way round.

I really don't see him being a 'ballon d'or' winner at PSG.

Damn, Lukaku double on debut. The signs are bad (personally).

Also, that Rashford looks bloody good.

Yep was a action packed 1st round of the epl. Our game was a good fight back to get the win but man our defending was the same old. The goals we shipped were shockers. Corners crosses and set pieces have us stuffed as per. On the positive was good to see lacazette bang one in.will be great for his confidence.

Wow. Barca got put to the sword over those 2 legs. 2-0 in the second even without bale, ronaldo and isco playing..

They really need to start spending some of that neymar money.

Considering how bad we were and how good Madrid were, that result was pretty good.

Messi, Ter Stegen and Jordi Alba did well, rest need to watch replays of that game on repeat as punishment

That's a lot of money.....

Liverpool have rejected a third bid from Barcelona for Philippe Coutinho - believed to be in the region of £114m.

Last week, the Reds rejected a £90m bid from the Spanish giants for the 25-year-old Brazil attacking midfielder, who then submitted a transfer request.

Coutinho who?

I expected more from Arsenal, tbh.

That is worrying.

What a first game back in the Prem. league for Chris Wood! Scores in the 90th minute to draw the game against Spurs.

Mate that was the worst ive ever seen Arsenal play. completely embarrassing. not knocking liverpool either. they had some fantastic counters and are looking very sharp but our effort was pathetic and our starting lineup had me first thinking there was a mistake but then realized it was just wenger losing the plot. i think he has lost the support of the team. i hope he leaves earlier rather than later. But good on liverpool they played well.

..And ..... it looks like we've signed Chamberlain...

Pretty happy about Keita signing a pre-contract for the 2018/19 season.

At worst they will be banned from signing players for the next 2 windows and they'll get a $5 million fine.

Which won't have any impact as they've already made the signings they want haha.

Hey guys, just checking in on ya.

Bloody hell.

City did a job on us in the weekend.

Was sad to witness.

I think Klopps plan was flawed following the red.

Silva and De Bryune controlling the game with ease, pretty hard to get anything from that with a man down.

e: Thing that bothered me the most is how much possession was given away. And more so, how players were bullied off the ball in aerial duels. Too many of our midfield being beaten in the air, by shorter players.

Players minds were gone at 2-0

Morata has been on fire at Chelsea, miss him at Madrid but good that he's gone somewhere where he's a first team regular. Plus i like Chelsea in the prem league anyway.. Good that Hazard played for belgium and got some minutes for Chelsea after his broken ankle

phew I thought you said klopps plan was flawed, then I saw the "following the red" part - which I agree with

Liverpool dominated I thought completely until the first goal which came out of nowhere, then crumbled.

City's bench is just crazy though. subbing in players like Sane lol.

Yep looking that way but will be interesting to see how it goes once champs league ramps up. What are your guys thoughts on Klopp? I dnt know if its just a minority but i see a few people are starting to get a bit impatient with him.
